Meet Jarrad Bromly, Director

For as far back as I can remember, I've had a keen interest in residential property. As a toddler I would count nails in the floorboards and follow my dad around as he was building our home. In my late teens I would peruse homes in the weekend newspaper wishing to one day own a million dollar home.
But the catalyst for me was reading Robert Kiyosaki's ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ which opened my eyes to property investing. I then consumed myself in books, articles and forums learning about property investing strategies.
After studying civil engineering and managing large transport infrastructure projects the skills overlapped and I quickly realised that property development was the investment strategy for me. I began reading the local council planning documents to get to grips with how to utitlise existing land to create new homes. Fun, I know, right!
Now, as an experienced residential property developer, l have created numerous homes for people in Newcastle, and I am continuously refining my process to improve the appeal and liveability of homes to ensure I continue creating homes that people love to live in.
