For as far back as I can remember, I've had a keen interest in residential property. As a toddler I would count nails in the floorboards and follow my dad around as he was building our home. In my late teens I would peruse homes in the weekend newspaper wishing to one day own a million dollar home. After studying civil engineering and managing large transport infrastructure projects the skills overlapped and I quickly realised that property development was my passion.
Now, as an experienced residential property developer, l have created numerous homes for people in Newcastle and I am meticulously refining my process to ensure I continue crafting homes that people love to live in.
All of our homes are located in high demand areas, architecturally designed to suit modern Australian living, and expertly constructed to a high standard with luxury inclusions selected by interior designers. We achieve this by having a deep understanding of the wants and needs of future owners and an attention to detail during design and construction.
