At Seneca Property, we have a passion for creating homes that you will love. We only source properties in desirable locations close to the amazing natural and developed amenities that Newcastle has to offer. We are meticulous through the design and construction of our homes to ensure we are creating homes that look amazing and are practical to live in.

We live and work in the Newcastle area ourselves so we understand the local market. Having over a decade of experience we have learnt what makes a good location and a good home, and how to manage the design and construction process effectively to create homes to a high standard.

We specialise in small scale in-fill residential developments in desirable Newcastle suburbs. Projects we manage typically include the knockdown of an existing dwelling and construction of one to five high end freestanding or attached homes.

Our process

Property sourcing.

With 15 years of experience living and creating homes in the local market we have a sound understanding of the hot spots and the not spots to live. We only acquire properties in areas that we know you will love to live.

We are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities by keeping our ear to the ground as properties come on the market, leveraging strong relationships with local real estate agents to access pre market opportunities, or door knocking suitable properties to go direct to the owner and get a genuine off market purchase. Having a multi facet approach gives us the edge when sourcing property in desirable locations.

Home design.

Through our consultancy, Seneca Property, we have developed a team of trusted and well known expert consultants including our surveyor, town planner, architect, interior designer, real estate agent, civil designer, energy consultant, arborist and structural engineer. We work closely with the whole team throughout the design process to ensure we are not only creating a home that looks fantastic but also a home that is functional for modern Australian living, low maintenance and most importantly a home you will enjoy living in.

Home construction.

Over the years of constructing many homes in the Newcastle area we have developed partnerships with high quality and reputable builders. We put an emphasis on using quality materials, doing the job right, finishing to a high standard and constructing homes that will last. We work closely with our builders throughout the construction process to ensure each of these important criteria are met to maintain our reputation for creating high quality homes and so you can have peace of mind in your new home.
