This project is under construction by the reputable builder Hunter Coast Homes, with completion expected Q4 2024.

Development Application approved
A 613sqm corner block located just 150m from the beach in the increasingly popular beachside suburb of Stockton just north of the Newcastle CBD. The block had an existing house that was in poor condition. We undertook a minor cosmetic renovation and have leased it out during the development phase of this project. Concept plans for this project indicate a 1 into 3 torrens title subdivision and the construction of three semi-detached 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car townhomes. This project has been DA approved and we are now working on the construction certificate documentation.
20 Kitchener Mayfield East
Complete
Two side by side 593sqm blocks with a recently renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1 car house on one, and an outdated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 car house on the other. The outdated house was renovated and 2 detached two storey 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car houses were constructed in the rear. The lots were then subdivided to create a torrens title lot for each of the existing houses and a strata title lot for each of the new houses.
25 Tall Timbers Lake Munmorah
Complete
A 726sqm corner block with a small outdated 3 bedroom house. The existing house was renovated, and a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car house was constructed in the backyard. The lot was then subdivided on completion to create 2 torrens title lots.
2 Waratah Mayfield
Complete
A 446sqm corner block with a small outdated 3 bedroom house. A brand new two storey 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1 car house was constructed in the backyard and the existing house was fully renovated. The lot was then subdivided into 2 strata title lots that are almost completely independent of each other.
184 Park Kotara

A 978sqm block with a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car house. The oversized backyard was utilised to construct a two storey 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1 car duplex. The existing house was reconfigured to add an extra bedroom and refreshed. The lot was subdivided to create a torrens title lot for the existing house and 2 strata title lots for the new townhouses.
